Valentine's at Daycare

One day last week was wear "red/pink" day at daycare. I dressed Maggie in a red and white polka dot onesie and red pants and of course red squeaky shoes!  Here is a picture of her in the car on the way to daycare.  She was wearing her hat on her head but figured out how to unroll the front.  She didn't quite grasp the idea that she could roll it back up!  LOL

This daycare thing is great for her sleep (and mine!)  She went to bed at 8:00 and didn't wake up until I got her at 6:30.  2 nights in a row!!!!  WHOOOOOOHOOOOOO.

I left my camera at the daycare so they could take come pictures of her and her classmates at the Valentine's Day party on Thursday.  I think they turned out cute.  I am also putting a few pictures of her "artwork".  She is a budding artist, don't you think?  LOL

  Maggie and her friend Piper

Being cooperative?  I don't think so....

  Some of her buddies

  The other table of kiddos

Do you have to keep taking pictures?  My back is hurting...

Art work after learning about hearts

Her birth date is on the wall

Art work after learning about squares

  Fingerpainting

This is her envelope at daycare where I get all her reports

I love the bye bye buggie - sitting next to Zoe!

Here is a little momma tip for you. Once you run out of room on your refrigerator for all of her artwork, buy one of those tupperware bins (like you would put sweaters in and slide under your bed) to collect all of her work. I have them for each school year with the girls' names and age on them. I even will include pictures from special events. That way, the girls can look back on what they did that year of their life. They love doing that now. Macy likes to see how much better she is writing compared to her work from kindergarten. Plus, momma likes to look back through them on days that she feels like her babies are all grown up and take a trip back for a moment.
