Inside Play

Well it is so cold outside that Maggie and I are trying to stay inside.  But I have to admit that I am getting major cabin fever.  However, the little giggles are well worth it.

We are working on the following areas (reality of a toddler)
  • Sleeping thru the night - so far only 3 nights since we have been home
  • Teething - she hasn't eaten anything but formula for 2 days now because her mouth hurts.  I did get some great Hylands tablets that seem to be working - Thanks Kris!
  • Slapping momma - she seems to think that it is okay to slap momma in the face using either hand.  We are working on that boundary.  It was better today - repetition will be the key to this one I think!
  • Leaving Izzy alone when she curls up in her bed - poor Izzy is suicidal
Here are some cute pictures from yesterday and today.  She has some really cute Auburn pants in some of the pictures.  My girl can raise her arms when I say Touchdown Auburn!  Priceless.  She also puts her head on the floor with her rear in the air.  Today she starting walking like this - the crab walk I think we used to call it.  She is babbling all day long and tries to say Thank You when I do.  My favorite new "trick" is that when she sneezes I always say "bless you".  Yesterday she started fake sneezing by shaking her head up and down and making a "shoooo" sound.  I still say Bless you and she just loves this.  It is hysterical.
