One of the hazards of a long wait is that I find myself surfing the web for baby products.  Well, I have found Maggie's new bedding.  It is from Glenna Jean and it is called Sophie.  I love it.  I'm still keeping with the daisies but really like the brighter colors on this one.

 

I'm really gearing up for doing Maggie's nursery.  I have decided to paint her walls a soft yellow and I am considering creating a mural on the wall of a large tree and bright flowers.

 

Now that I am DTC, it really seems like the adoption is going to happen!  The wait is rumored to be inching up closer to 18 months now so who knows when my referral will come.  I just pray that God remains in control of this situation and He will make it happen when Maggie and I are ready.

 

Another awesome thing that happened yesterday.  I had met a lady at the Thrift store here in Alabaster a couple of weeks ago and she said that her daughter had a lot of baby items that she was going to give away.  I went to Allison's house yesterday and picked up a bag of cute shoes, a bag of new clothes, a great stroller, and a play yard.  These were all almost new and she just gave them to me.  What an awesome answer to prayer!  I just can't fathom how generous people are to help me.  God is so good!!!!!

 

Well I'm off to some more organizing and cleaning! WhooooHoooo!
