Well, I finally received my medical form from my doctor.  After all that poking and prodding and sticking, I am officially healthy enough to adopt a child.  My doctor went way out of her way to provide this for me and spent so much time telling me what I needed and how to get it.  Thank you Dr. Margaret Riser!!!!!
